Management development programmes and workshops

I enjoy the challenge and the pleasure of making positive and lasting differences to motivated people who want to achieve more and develop themselves.

My work in this area breaks down into two broad categories: short one or two day events and longer, typically modular development programmes, with the option of accreditation.

Two features of my longer programmes, whether NVQ, accredited or not, are worth mentioning:

That I encourage the keeping of a learning log (I have kept a hand written one since 1987 it now has over a million words on over 1200 A4 entries).

That learners work individually or in pairs on a value added project with a bottom line value to the organisation agreed with the client, typically with a minimum of value between £5,000 and £25,000.

Making real differences leading directly and attributatively to hard measureable financial returns is central to my way of working. Over many years I have developed a lot of experience of how best to make this work.
