This is a typical draft project template.

I encourage people to adapt and change to meet their needs.

This gives a lot of comfort as a structure for thoughts - it can be very daunting to work from a blank sheet!

If this is of interest let me know - I will fill you in on projects with a return of over £500,000. More usually, I see £15-40,000...still a decent return on the investment.
